No. AVIO takes off, flies, lands and recharges fully autonomously, on pre-planned routes, on schedule or at the push of a button. Your team only receives the result: the finished report.

How safe is it around people?

AVIO weighs under 250 g and is surrounded by an impact-protected carbon cage. An edge AI detects people in real time and initiates safety maneuvers on its own: slow down, evade or abort. Acoustic and visual signals keep the drone predictable at all times. Safety always outranks the mission.

What happens to the data?

Person detection runs exclusively on board and stores nothing (privacy by design). Inspection data is transmitted end-to-end encrypted and can be kept fully on-premise, with role-based access and audit-proof logs.

How complex is the installation?

Set up the docking station, attach reference markers, define the route once. No structural modifications, no GPS infrastructure. AVIO navigates purely visually, even deep inside the building.

Does it work in harsh environments?

That is exactly what AVIO is built for. Multi-sensor fusion compensates for dust, steam and changing light, reflection management neutralizes mirroring surfaces, and mesh communication bridges radio shadows in steel-heavy halls.
